Working Hours & Entitlements

Hours: You are normally required to work 37 hours per week if full-time, excluding lunchbreaks (half an hour). For details of working hours for specific posts please refer to the Job description.

Pension Scheme: Contributory scheme in place

Holiday Entitlement (pro-rata for part-time staff)

Point 1-27: 24 days increasing to 29 after five years

Point 28-35: 26 days increasing to 31 days after five years

Point 36-63: 27 increasing to 32 days after five years

LCPT wishes to recognise the right of all religious faiths to have their festival days recognised in the same way as Christian festivals. Up to five days of a staff members annual leave entitlement may be selected on the occasion of their religious festivals.
